When I was in high school, I wasn’t very good at managing stress. I’m still not that great at it but have since learned some tools that I didn’t have before. Everyone gets stressed out, whether it’s about school, family, friends, sports, you name it. Most of the time, people don’t realize they’re stressed until something tiny sets them off. One of the keys to staying calm is recognizing when you actually are stressed out.

Stress ball is, well, an online stress ball that you can bounce in a room. Simple, yet effective.

Calm yourself with this virtual zen garden. It’s much less messy than an actual zen garden of sand on your desk.
