Disney Villains obviously get a bad rep because they’re evil villains who do terrible things, but when you look past those things, they’re still people. Just because the villains are evil doesn’t necessarily mean they’re not looking to settle down with someone, you know? (I mean, it probably does, but go with it.)
Last week we ranked the male Disney Villains by how dateable they would be. And this week we’re doing the same with our favorite lady villains. Who would you date?
8. Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmatians
SHE WANTED TO MURDER PUPPIES TO MAKE A COAT.
7. Lady Tremaine from Cinderella
Lady Tremaine obviously had something working for her because she managed to snag Cinderella’s father, but she’s insane. Not only is she really mean, but she also enslaved her own stepdaughter. You can’t fix that.
6. The Evil Queen from Snow White
The Evil Queen is so evil she doesn’t even have a name. She cares so much about being the most beautiful lady in all the land that she sets out to murder a girl. I mean, what do you think will happen to you if you ever got in a fight?
7. Mother Gothel from Tangled
She kidnapped a baby, raised it to be agoraphobic, and used her hair to keep her looking young and beautiful. Other than being a felon, she cares way too much about her looks to be in a relationship. And at least she didn’t try to murder Rapunzel…
4. The Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland
The Queen of Hearts definitely has a rage issue, which would be difficult to deal with. But she does like fun activities like croquet, and she lives in Wonderland so that’s a plus.
3. Ursula from The Little Mermaid
Ursula is a hoot. She’s so entertaining and fun, you know, minus the whole being evil thing. She might manipulate you into giving up your voice, but at least she knows the importance of ~body language~.
2. Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty
Maleficent is evil for better reasons than most. She was outcast for being herself. Unfortunately, she took out her anger on a baby. That aside, Maleficent is a total badass. She’s strong, beautiful, independent, and smart. She knows what she wants and goes after it. Just don’t get on her bad side.
1. Yzma from The Emperor’s New Groove
I’m not even sorry about this, but Yzma is the best and most underrated Disney Villain ever. She’s smart and into science, she hosts lovely dinner parties, and she doesn’t have a problem with animals! Yzma rocks and would be so much fun to be in a relationship with, even if she turns you into a llama. And then you’d be a llama, so that’s awesome.
