Okay, so I have big boobs and I love them… but what I hate is that they sag and have stretch marks on them. When I try to wear a low-cut shirt or a swimsuit, they sag really bad and it’s so embarrassing. I’m only 17 and I don’t want to get breast implants because it looks so painful and there are just so many things that can go wrong. So what should I do? How do I make my boobs more firm?
It’s totally normal – even expected – for larger breasts to get saggy. That’s just the way our bodies work! Big boobs just aren’t going to be as naturally firm and perky as smaller boobs are… on their own, at least. But I can understand why you’re embarrassed by this (although you really shouldn’t be!), and luckily, you do have a few options.
I’m glad you aren’t considering plastic surgery as a serious option right now – although rather than breast implants, it would be more likely that you would get a breast lift. Plastic surgery is a big deal, and shouldn’t be taken lightly. If you really think about it and want to seriously consider this option a few years later, that’s your prerogative. But for now, let’s see if we can fix things without going under the knife.
In order to naturally make your breasts more firm and perky, you can try specific exercises. No exercise will be a miracle cure, but it will help. It will strengthen your chest muscles, which will make your breasts seem more firm. However, it’s important to remember that exercise may also makes your boobs a little smaller. The best moves to do for firm breasts are push-ups, chest press, chest fly, a shoulder press… basically anything that works your pecs, or chest muscles. Do a little research and start weight-lifting a few times a week. After a while, you should notice a difference.
Honestly, exercise is really your option on actually changing the appearance of your breasts, aside from plastic surgery. However, there is another options for what you can do to make your breasts appear to be more firm. Even though you have large breasts, you can wear push-up bras, which will do exactly what they’re supposed to do – push your boobs up and make them look less “saggy.” A lot of companies are even making push-up bathing suits now too, so that’s always an option.
As for the stretch marks, you can try rubbing your boobs with stretch mark cream and hydrating your skin. But please don’t cover up your body because you’re self-conscious of these things. I guarantee you notice them more than anyone else. Stretch marks and sagging boobs are normal and just a part of life. Good luck!
