7 Totally Shocking Reasons Why You’re Not Sleeping


I have a pretty long history of sleep issues. At this point in my life, I’m used to the lack of sleep because I’ve had these problems for years. But at the same time, it’s still really annoying because I feel tired a lot. It’s very frustrating when you can’t sleep or when you don’t sleep well.

There are definitely ways to ensure that you’ll sleep better, but there are also a bunch of things that could be screwing up your sleep cycle. Some things could be messing with your zzzs, and you don’t even know it! If you’re having trouble sleeping, it might be because of the following reasons:
