I love Freaks and Geeks. I mean, it fulfills my love of coming of age stories, humor and 70s clothes so my love was just meant to be. But like many other amazing and brilliant television shows, it wasn’t appreciated back when it aired in 1999 and ended after one season. But it has become a cult favorite and helped launch the careers of actors like James Franco and Seth Rogan.
The characters are brilliant, the script is rad, but the style and aesthetic is one of my favorite things about the show.
Okay, so most of the time the characters didn’t rock this look, but style of both the freaks and the geeks can be adapted into fun, casual everyday looks or a date outfit with a ’70s flare. Check out these 10 clothes and accessories that’ll make it happen!
