Flashback: 20 Stupid, But Funny, Old Comedy Movies That Are Worth Re-Watching

There are comedy movies that have substance and then there are comedy movies that seem to have no point whatsoever… yet they’re still hilarious in all of their weirdness. In fact, it’s the random, strange, weird scenes that are exactly what make these movies the (terrible) classics they are.

You know about the more recent ones: Pineapple Express, Step Brothers, 21 Jump Street, Blades of Glory, Grandma’s Boy. These movies are all funny enough to make you spit out your drink and choke on your popcorn, but at the same time, they’re really, really stupid. I mean, yeah, they have plots, but those plots usually make no sense. These are some of my favorite movies: there is no thinking involved in watching them, so I can just relax, laugh and feel better about life. If you want to do the same, you need to check out these 20 stupid, but funny, comedy movies you probably forgot about.

Which of these movies is your favorite? Which do you dislike? What did I forget about? Tell me in the comments.

Some really boring choices here. Clerks? Really? About as funny as cancer… likewise with anything that stars Sandler. Jim Carrey was much funnier (and hilariously stupid) in Me, Myself & Irene. And where is the KING of college
humour stupidity, Tom Green? Freddy got fingered? C’mon…

Wow I was just talking about my top stupidest but yet funniest movies of all time and felt I forgot one. So I did the search and found this and it is spot on. Awesome. But I would add jay and silent Bob strikes back and bubble boy. Cable guy and dumb and dumber too. I base my thoughts on these movies not having a plot or anything but yet they’re hysterical.
