8 Ways To Shut Down School Stress

Since we’re well into the beginning of the school year, I know a lot of you are probably experiencing some early stress. I was a very stressed out student in high school and didn’t really learn stress management until I got to college.

I mean, you’re dealing with a lot! You’ve got classes, homework, tests, extracurricular activities and you’re trying to manage a social life. Sometimes it can be too much. You can do it all, I promise.

There’s nothing wrong with you if you’re feeling super stressed or overwhelmed. It’s all about how you manage it. And instead of letting you just figure it out on your own, I’m going to help you. You may think that studying for 24-hours straight is a good study tactic, but that’s going to stress you our even more.
