I’m not trying to sound mean, but truthfully guys, annoying Facebook couples are sort of my worst nightmare. If you’re in a relationship and you’re happy, that’s great, I’m really and truly happy for you (I am, too!), but is it REALLY necessary to shove it down everyone else’s throats? Really? A new study says that annoying Facebook couples who clog your feed are actually happier than other couples, but come on… I don’t buy it. My boyfriend and I are relatively private on FB and we’re perfectly happy.
There are couples on Facebook who don’t ever offend anyone – once in a while, they say something cute to each other or post adorable pictures of each other that make everyone else go, “awwwww, you guys are so cute!” And then there are the Facebook couples who… well, I’ll let you look at this list of annoying things they might do:
The couple who posts pictures of each other every. Single. Day.

The couple who writes disgustingly sappy things on each other’s walls, like having fights over who loves each other more. Ick.

The couple who makes subliminal statuses about each other and act really passive-aggressive. If you have something to say to your BF/GF, say it TO them, not to Facebook in hopes that they figure it out on their own!

The couple who change their relationship status every other day. You know, one day they change their status to single, a few people like it, the other person gets mad, they go back to being in a relationship, then it’s complicated… Ugh. Guys.

That’s so true. I recently experienced an online fight between an old friend and her boyfriend. It was so annoying, it’s supposed to be private! And to be honest, no one cares about it!
Even more, a couple of years ago, one of my best male friends began dating a girl who was actually really nice in person. On Facebook, though, both of them were always posting disgusting pictures found on the web to discuss which sexual positions would be better for them. We all were like: WTF???!!!
