My cue that I liked a guy was seeing him with another girl made me jealous. He played Sky Masterson in the spring production of “Guys and Dolls.” Playing opposite him as Sarah Brown was a girl I consider a friend. She has never had one unkind word to say to me and has not one mean bone in her body. Yet I watched to shove her off the stage when they were singing “I’ve Never Been in Love Before.”

I haven’t gotten to the whole sweating palms and stuttering yet, but I definitely got a flutter in my chest when he liked the status I put up on his wall with Batman on it.

I was driving down the road after school and I had just said goodbye to my crush a few minutes age. I drove by the school parking lot and saw him getting into his car, and he turned and waved at me.
