Hang out with your friends
Spend as much time as you can with your girlfriends! Nothing makes getting over an ex easier than hanging out with your girls. But whatever you do, don’t talk about your ex! Better yet, tell your friends that ex-talk is totally off limits and that they shouldn’t let you talk about him.
I know it’s crazy hard to just cut off contact and to not think about someone. I’ve been through it enough times, and I know it really sucks. But the best thing you can do is make the effort to cut off contact and start moving forward. You’ll have him out of your mind in no time!
