I know I say that a lot of movies are my favorite movies of all time, but seriously this time: The Little Mermaid is my absolute, number one, favorite movie of all time. I don’t care that I’m not a kid anymore and I’m not supposed to watch cartoons. Literally no movie will ever replace my love for this movie.
When I was younger, I used to watch The Little Mermaid every single day (no exaggeration), something that drove my mom completely insane. I wanted to be Ariel. It was a sad obsession. Obviously all of these viewings instilled some pretty serious life lessons in me. I mean, you can’t watch a movie every day for years and not learn things, you know?
