Dating in high school is the best and also the worst, especially if you go to school with whoever you’re dating. You already have a built in 8-hour period of time that you get to spend with them!
But things can be awkward like if you don’t have your license and your parents have to drive you on dates. Or if you’re in an adorable couple and your friends aren’t.
Let’s take a look at what dating is like in high school:
You get to hang out, like all the time.
And have fun study sessions.
You always eat lunch together.
You get weirdly jealous of the least threatening people.
You feel like this when you’re in your boo’s room and their parents are downstairs.
People always say this about you making out in the halls.
Someone always says “I love you” too soon.
Breaking up is the worst if you have a class together.
But you are wildly optimistic about true love.
And you’re cuter than every other couple in school.

Would You Rather?
I had my first boyfriend in 2009, since then I’ve never had a boyfriend. Not that I’m still weeping over my ex, just unintentionally nobody’s asking me out and I’m going to be a senior this fall. I guess you can say I’m the girl who survived high school without a boyfriend and can’t really relate with all of the things above.
My school’s really small, like 300 people max. Me and my guy are one of only SEVEN couples in the school, and the only one in our friend groups. We haven’t kissed, but people stare when we walk around campus holding hands, talking about stuff. My friends are crazy about us. They call us “the cutest geeks ever.” Sad thing is neither one of us is old enough to get our license and he’s boarding on campus, so my parents have to drive us around all the time! Talk about awkward!
the one about people always say “THERE LIKE EATING EACH OTHERS FACE” is so true i dont know how many times ive said this about my friend and when ever we talk we dont use the word kissing we always sucking face. we will be like “wheres rachel” and well say “sucking face in the hallway”
Only if you go to the same school =/ I only get to see my bf about once a week on the weekends. It sucks
