10 Reasons Why Multiple Best Friends Is Better Than Just One BFF – In GIFs!

A few weeks ago, Taylor Swift shared that she had 15 best friends. Well, I happen to agree that having lots of best friends is pretty rad. I think I can trace it back to an Even Stevens episode where Ren was worried about if it was possible to have more than one best friend. The episode’s lesson of, “Of course it is okay!” really stuck with me.

Don’t get me wrong – having one best friend is amazing and special, but getting to have many best friends is (at least in my opinion) kind of even better. Why you ask? Well, here are ten reasons why having multiple BFFs can be such a gem.

You get more awesome presents on our birthday – because real talk, BFFs give the best prezzies.

You get to re-tell your really good stories multiple times.

When you and all your best friends chip in to buy things, everything gets cheaper for you.

You have more people to borrow clothes from at a moment’s notice. Why even shop ever again?!

When you’re fighting with one, you’re not left totally alone. You’ve still got the others sticking around to help you through*.

*Disclaimer: do not make your best friends pick sides. This will end poorly. Please try to patch things up with the mad BFF, ASAP.

It really rounds out a dance party to have multiple best friend voices singing for ultimate harmony.

You can really meet your weekly group hug quota without looking very far.

It opens up your possibilities for awesome group Halloween costumes.

Not only will one BFF always laugh at your jokes, but a chorus of laughter will erupt from all your besties. You’ll feel like a comedy goddess.

It increases the odds one of your BFFs will become famous, and then you’ll have a famous best friend. And that’s really the goal of friendship, right?
