Make sections
Seriously, you will go crazy if you try to tackle everything at once. Section off your room or whatever you’re cleaning. For example, I would always make sections out of my desk, under my bed and then my closet.
If you make sections, you can finish one and take a break before moving on. It’s a good way to make the cleaning process less stressful.

We always do our big yearly cleaning session before Chinese New Year’s–so the house is clean by February at the latest! (For the record, I hate spring cleaning)
