I’ve found that being organized is the easiest way for me to prevent stress. If I map out everything I need to do in lists or write down things in my calendar, I don’t get as stressed. If you have all of these things jumbled in your head, it can be very overwhelming.
Get a day planner and write down everything you have to do. Seeing it written out is much less scary than trying to sort it out in your brain!
These are just a few ways to deal with stress. It really helps to do all of these things as preventative measures so you don’t end up seriously stressed out and feeling awful.
