Take breaks

If you’re doing eighty things at once, you’re going to crack. While you’re studying, take small breaks to not think about that test. Grab a snack and just do nothing for 10 minutes.

It’s easy to just want to power through tasks when you’re stressed, but you need to take time to stop what you’re doing and chill out for a few minutes.
