Yoga

Yoga falls into the exercise category, but it deserves it’s own space. Practicing yoga is wonderful for dealing with stress management. Yoga not only works your body, but your mind as well.

Practicing yoga helps you get out of your stressed head-space while stretching. Every time I do yoga, I come away feeling a million times better and way more relaxed.
