I’m a serious coffee addict, but when I’m stressed the caffeine makes me feel worse. One day during finals week in college, I drank so much coffee that my body flipped out and my heart was beating really fast. Don’t do that.
I’ve never really been a hot tea girl, but it’s been one of my anti-stress staples since that day. Now, I reach for calming teas with chamomile and lavender that have soothing properties before bed to help me unwind.
