It’s The Best Gift You’ve Ever Gotten

Sometimes you get a gift and it’s not just good, it’s not just nice . . . it’s perfect. You know that person put a ton of thought into your gift, so let them know how much you love it. Don’t make a huge deal about how much more you love their present in front of everyone else (that might hurt some feelings–it’s nice of anyone to give you a gift no matter what!) but make a point to write them a note or call them later to tell them how much it means to you–and tell them specific reasons why you love it! People give gifts to make others happy, and when they succeed, you should let them know!

That’s dumb, you should be able to say “I’m allergic to peanuts” when you get something with peanuts in it, its a pretty important fact. There is nothing “rude” about that. You should also be able to show appreciation for a gift you get, when you get it, no matter who is around. I wouldn’t care if someone liked someone else’s gift more than mine, that’d be dumb. If that does happen, you have some sort of jealousy issues.
