Hearing about the news of a Boy Meets World reunion show got me thinking… about old-school TV show fashion. When I was a kid watching these shows, I wanted to dress just like each and every one of my favorite characters. I mean, who didn’t want to over-accessorize with Lizzie McGuire or plop on a floppy hat and call it a day a la Blossom?
And since I know some of you probably feel the same way, I’ve decided to put together a little guide on how to dress like some of your favorite old-school TV stars. Except you won’t look like you’re stuck in the ’90s… you’ll just look like you’re getting inspiration from them! Why in God’s name would we want to recreate these styles? People actually did dress like that in the late 80s and early 90s. It was atrocious then. Can’t we leave it in the past?!
