Girls, guys, cats. . . everyone should be crushing on Ezra! | Source: WENN.com
If you’ve seen The Perks Of Being A Wallflower, We Need To Talk About Kevin, or City Island, you’re probs already super crushed out over Ezra Miller. But just in case you needed a few more reasons to swoon, I’ve got you covered:
1. He’s A Freaking Great Actor
I mean, woah. Patrick is a pretty deep character. He’s layer upon layer of hurt all wrapped up in shiny, glittery, crowd-pleasing irreverency. Kind of like a Snickers bar if a Snickers bar were gay, in a secret relationship, and flunking shop over and over. And that big scene in the cafeteria? Where that thing happens? (I refuse to ruin this for everybody if you haven’t seen it!) but seriously, that’s a great performance. Patrick is a pretty heavy character, and I’m not sure anybody else could have gotten him so right.
2. That Hair
Oh man. That’s some good hair.

AND he’s friends with Emma Watson. Sigh. | Source: B. Dowling/WENN.com
Ezra, who just turned 19, said he hated high school more than anything, but he loves learning stuff just for the hell of it. In a recent interview with Kate Bosworth in Interview magazine, he said he was reading a book about neuroscience! “. . . that shit is fascinating!.” he said, “But it’s not fascinating if a really boring person is droning it at you and you’re sitting in a seat and you’re not allowed to move, and if you don’t do it there’s some sort of consequence.” We hear you, Ezra. We hear you.
4. He Understands Love
Ezra’s sexuality has been talked about a lot, with people first saying he was gay (after he self-identified as queer). But to clear things up, he told The Daily Beast, ““The way I would choose to identify myself wouldn’t be gay. I’ve been attracted mostly to ‘shes’ but I’ve been with many people and I’m open to love wherever it can be found,” he says. “I think a lot of people are projecting their own troubles and fears concerning sexuality onto those around them, and it does result in the perpetuation of a lot of hateful notions. As long as I can remember, I’ve felt really horrified watching those dynamics play out. It really hurts and divides us all, and in the end, so much of the human experience is shared, so we only end up hating and fearing our own damn selves.” So wise. And um, did I mention homeboy’s only 19?!
5. He Seems Like He’d Be Fun To Hang Out With
He’s into cool dark stuff like Edgar Allan Poe, he’s a musician in real life, he’s got great style, and was addicted to the Harry Potter books growing up just like the rest of us were. Need I say more?
Did you see The Perks Of Being A Wallflower? Are you as crushed out on Ezra Miller as I am? Tell me in the comments!

Sons of an Illustrious Father is the band he’s in. I highly recommend giving them a listen. Good indie tunes with some epic vocals.
