When you’re right, you’re right. While many of you were quick to call Gurl.com out for boycotting Chik Fil-A because you may have felt we were being hypocrites, I think this reader sums up our stance pretty well. We simply cannot support or endorse a company that willfully gives money to groups who are trying to ban same-sex marriage. (Chik Fil-A has donated nearly $2 million to stop same-sex marriage.) If you can believe what you want and eat where you want based on your own moral code–then so can we. Gurl.com isn’t here to make you feel bad about your body, views or opinions on Justin Bieber, but that doesn’t mean each writer here doesn’t have her own opinions. We can’t change your mind, but we CAN respectfully disagree.
