Technology is cool. It’s the reason we have mp3 players, computers, and video games. Fashion is cool. It’s gives us confidence, identity, and is just fun! Mixing technology and fashion sounds like a good idea, but sometimes it smells of a big epic fail. Don’t get us wrong, fashion that’s functional is pretty cool, if you can pull it off.
These 11 fashionable gadgets sound like good ideas, but they need a bit more tweaking to have us completely sold.
The TV Hat
The way this works is you put your iPod into a slot inside of the hat. You put the hat on and watch the screen of your iPod. You look like the biggest goofball in the world.
The iPhone Pants
A cool idea, but with skinny jeans that tight, it will surely be sooooooo uncomfortable. Just think about it. The corners of your iPhone digging into your skin while you walk because you’re too lazy to just hold it in your hand like a normal person?
The Solar Powered Hat Fan
This is TOO dorky, but I guess it’s energy efficient . . .
The Picnic Pants
A good idea unless you want to do a cartwheel.
The Treasure Seeking Sandals
Sandals with metal detectors in them. For the girl who is also a pirate.
The iPod Hat
What’s hilarious about this is that there are so many other practical ways of holding your iPod. There are wristbands, your pocket, and all kinds of clips. Never mind how unfashionable it is, you would have to take it off every time you wanted to change a song.
The Wifi Detecting T-shirt
This might be cool, but if I was looking for WiFi for my iPhone, I would just use my iPhone.
The Lazy Pants
I don’t see how napkins aren’t better? You can throw them away after each use. You’d have to wash these–doing laundry is the opposite of lazy.
The Cap-Sac
It’s a fanny pack for your head. I’ll say it again, it’s a fanny pack.for.your.head.
The iPad Shirt
Why? Do you really have to announce to the world that you own an iPad? Do you then have to announce that you bought the weirdest shirt to show everyone you own an iPad?
The Hoodie Buddie
A hoodie you plug your iPod into with built in headphones. This could be cool, but I guess you would have to wear the same hoodie everyday. . .

A lot of people actually use those earbud goodies. I see them too often, & I die a little every time x)
Hoodie Buddies are actually perfectly fine in my opinion. People at my school wear them all the time and they look totally normal. Just like a regular jacket except the strings that you use to tighten the hoodie are the headphones. Good way of listening to your ipod during class ;P haha

The Hoddie Buddie is becoming popular. I know a bunch of people who have them. They are really comfortable and easy to listen to music in class.
