im 14” ur problem is real similar to mine.Did u tell her that u liked him cuz if u did i need to know, did she say that she didnt like him when u asked her ,but all this time she really did? if she did do that then u got every right to go wit him.BUT if she DIDN’T the u still CAN cause he liked u first so it still makes it right. ok so i like my friends ex and she knew that before she went with him,well she went with him but he never liked her, she still has feelings 4 him but she didn’t like him until i told her i did….so he asked me out… do i go wit him or just leave it alone cuz she got feelings 4 him?? please help

I am currently in that situation.. my best friend broke up with her bf, they only dated for about 2weeks. The guy was also my best guy friend and it turns out he liked me before he ever went out with my friend but was to nervous to say anything… he asked my friend out.they went. But while in the relashionship she had feeling for some other guy. Point is he now want to go out with me and he shows me more love then he ever did to her..what should I do??? everyone says I should because she broke up with him and she had feelings for someone else at the same time…. I need help…:/

Definitely not ok to date a friends x ever! It ruins people’s lives! Especially if there are children and years of friendship evolved. Besides why would you want your friends trash there is a reason he was left on the curb!

My friend went out with my ex, who I still had feelings for. She asked me if it was okay and I said yes, but sometimes when someone says it’s okay, it’s really not. Alot of girls can’t respect the code of not going after anyone. I’m not the type to keep people from each other and I wasn’t going to be a b*tch about it. But I really wish she didn’t go through with it. It’s been a year that she has been with him and my feelings haven’t ever left. Point is, even if they say it’s okay, even if they are dating someone else and we can’t help who we fall for I don’t ever think it’s okay to date an ex of your friend. It’s a horrible feeling having had deep emotions for someone and trying to make them happy and seeing that your “FRIEND” makes them happier.

Hi, I am currently dating my best friend’s boyfriend and we are both happy. However, my friend who dated him had a bad break up. She has a new boyfriend, and she said that she is over him. However, I didn’t ask for her approval on me and her ex to be together because me and my friends lost respect for her and totally went to separate ways. Even though I am happy to be with her ex, does it make me look like a bad friend or her? PLEASE HELP!

I think it is a respect thing. Do I think it is okay to date your friends ex sure go for it IF they give you permission to. If they don’t then don’t for respect.
