Okay, here goes. I’m currently a college student, have been single for about 4-5 years, and everyone else around me is in a relationship. Here’s how I choose to look at things: I could be in a relationship, figuring out things like “what should I cook us for dinner? when will they be home? When are we gonna go out?”, etc. Whereas I come and go on my own time, can hang out with my girlfriends without worrying over my significant other, do the things in college that I want to be doing without wondering if they are ok with not spending a lot of time together….I could honestly go on and on about all the different reasons that I’m GLAD I have the freedom I do because I’m not in a relationship. Hope this helped even a little

Don’t feel bad! I’m 15 and I’ve never had a boyfriend. I “went out” with a guy in primary school when I was about 7, and we cuddled and gave eachother tiny kisses, but I don’t consider it my first kiss. I’m not frantically looking for a guy – I have crushes, I flirt (albet ineptly) but I don’t think you should rush into something, serious or casual, if you don’t want to. Noone can MAKE you like a guy. Take your time, we have our whole lives ahead of us

I’m single and it’s fun!!! I don’t care at all!! Not only do you got more free time, but yo also don’t need to worry about extra Christmas presents to give!!!!! LoL!!

I would be so happy if my friends tried to set me up with some people. That shows your friends acknowledge the fact that you are they only single one and they are trying something to make you feel better.
