One of the most important things to remember when you get sweaty has nothing to do with a scent or makeup and everything to do with your health. You gotta stay hydrated!
We know you’ve heard it before, but if you’re going to be sweaty, it’s even more important than normal to gun for eight glasses of water a day. If you hate chugging plain H2O (and you’re not alone!), sprinkle in some sugar-free lemonade or punch mix.
And don’t forget that you can take in some water from the foods you eat, too. There’s a reason “watermelon” has that name–and why it’s so popular this time of year!
