We’d been hanging out as friends for a while, but one day after school he told me he had to talk to me. Alone. He drove me home and came over. My parents weren’t home and we went to my room to talk. I sat on the bed. It’s just where I hung out with friends, but suddenly it felt incredibly intimate.
He was nervous–he stood and paced for like a minute without saying anything. My heart was pounding in my chest and after a minute, he just did it: He asked me to be his girlfriend. I was kind of crazy surprised so I didn’t answer right away. Then he kind of freaked and said, “Just say no so I can go home.” (Really! He actually said that! I wrote it in my diary.)
I remember standing up to make him stay. And then I said yes. Before we even kissed! It felt like there was so much pressure on that kiss, but he didn’t hesitate after that. He leaned down (he’s tall–like 6’3″) and his lips on mine felt like–well, they felt exactly the way an awesome kiss is supposed to feel. It wasn’t like the hasty “mwah” at the junior high dance, or the summer camp smooch that really was more tongue than lip. Ew.
It was magical. I’m still not quite sure how to narrate it. I would not have been surprised if cheesy heart-shaped fireworks started going off outside my window like in a bad romcom.
I think I fell in love with love that day. Maybe that’s why I’ve been writing about it ever since. My latest novel, Unbreak My Heart, has lots of kisses. Some light, some passionate, some dreamt up, some forbidden. I will never ever get tired of kissing scenes!

When I had my first kiss, it was with a guy who’s really sweet and kind and, honestly, the cutest guy I’ve met. We met one day while I was waiting after school because I was in marching band on a bench at the bottom of a set of stairs around a corner, and he comes around the corner and asks if he could sit next to me (there were two other benches and some picnic benches in the same area, so he obviously liked me, though I was to nimwitted at the time to notice very little that wasn’t my book) I say sure, so he just sits down and pulls out a pokemon game (I’ve always liked pokemon games, but the only one we had was for the gameboy color, so my attention was instantly caught – we now joke that pokemon was our love potion). The next day he seeked me out during lunch where i was sitting alone at a table (I didn’t have any friends yet because I’m too shy and because I’d only moved there the previous summer – this all took place about a week after school started, and we were both freshman) and asked me to the Homecoming dance (I later found out that not ten minutes after asking me, he got asked by a guy to the very same dance lol). I said yes, finally seeing that he was interested in me, and completely shocked him because he’d been expecting me to say no, probably because I’d recently dumped a guy who I’d only agreed to go out with (sort of, if you could call it that) because I was too shy to say no(he was also the very first guy to ever show any interest in me). A week after he’d asked me to H.C. (we were already hugging, and by then I was head-over-heels in love with him) while I was waiting for my mom to come pick me up after Air Rifle (I’m in NJROTC), he hung out with me again (in the same place where we met), and we hugged and stuff, and he started kissing me on the cheek, and my heart started racing, hoping he would go for the lips. He slowly inched his kisses towards my lips, and I was about ready to burst because of how excited I was, but when his lips finally met mine, my heart skipped a beat, it was so magical, and all I could think about was the soft touch of his lips, and how he held me close to him with strong arms, yet being so gentle it almost hurt. It was one of the happiest times of my life.
I’m still waiting for my 1st kiss. I’ve had 3 real relationships and I almost had my 1st kiss both times, but we broke up. I’m waiting for the PERFECT boy who hasn’t had his 1st kiss so it can be extra special for both of us! I don’t want it to be a dare or anything like that I just want him to lean in at a special time when we are alone. Is it bad that I think about me just kissing any cute boy, dieing for that day to come?

Had many kisses before and they all sucked they lacked the magical part and special feeling a bout it. I want to date a guy and have that first kiss experience with him even though i had it already( I was 7 and so was the boy and he kissed me on the lips and ran. It was cute :3 i was speechless)
My first kiss was when i was at a camp. We were sitting on his bed, just chilling and talking and after a while the conversation stopped and he looked me in the eyes and started kissing me! We kissed for a really long time haha! To me it was a perfect first kiss!! I was 14 by the way.
It was 2 weeks before my 17th birthday, we had been hanging out for a few weeks, watching a movie on his couch, cuddling and snuggling. His brother had left a few minutes after the first movie started. When the credits rolled after the 2nd movie, I began to tickle him, and he resisted. We ended up on the carpet, he looked at me, I looked at him, his hair shielding his eyes, and he pounced on my lips. I froze at first, then after 2 or 3 kisses I loosened up and kissed him back, then I actually slipped him the tongue. It was magical, it was playful, it was feirce. I was so enthalled, when we stopped he laced his fingers between mine and I held his hands, studying them in the blue glow of the TV screen. He asked me, “Do you wanna date?” I smiled up at him and said, “Sure,” trying to sound aloof. We kissed again, and he leaned back to lie down but I refused to go with him so he pushed me back to the ground, where we necked and kissed until my parents called. Of course it didn’t last longer than a month, but after much contempation I learned enough to keep my current relationship for over a year. Even if it wasn’t many, I’ll always be grateful for the moments we had together. All in all, it was an awesome first kiss.
i’m 14 my first kiss was just a little peak but about a week later we were in my tree house and my little sister had gone inside i’m not quite sure how this came to be but he had his arms around my waist we were looking at each other and he started leaning toward me i just kinda closed my eyes i thin the sweetest thing is that after a little bit he stopped and asked me if i was having fun (i had been kinda scared earlier) i was like i think so he said should we change that i just nodded my head so he kissed me again

So I just got my first boyfriend liiike four days ago and I really like him. When he asked me to be his girlfriend he gave me a poem that was about how much he likes me and all this stuff, it was pretty much perfect, i thought i was gonna die. Anyway we are hugging and he pulls back and puts his hands on my waist and leans in and I, being my crazy self pull back and like freak out like a child and tell him im not ready. Yuup so even though ive been dreaming about it for like ever I chickened out like six times in the past week. /: I hope I can do it soon!
It was on a hot saturday in april. We were walking on old train tracks and he turned to me and took me in a hug and whispered “I love you” and I whispered “I love you too” and we looked at each other and smiled and he started leaning in so I just closed my eyes and started to lean in too, and when our lips touched I literally felt like I was going to collapse haha it was soooo magical and just amazing in every way possible
My first kiss was with a girl(bisexual) who i only dated for a day. (she broke up with me the next day). it was really awkward because it was in the girls bathroom at the end of the day. so anyway. once all the girls left the bathroom she wrapped her arms around my neck & we started kissing. i was shocked and so me being the shy person i am & not saying ” i don’t want to do this or i’m not ready.” went along with this. she started using tongue & i basically didn’t do jackdidlysquat.. just sat there with my mouth open & i’m thinking in my head “WTF AM I DOING!?” I didn’t know what to do. & then we hear some girls coming close to the bathroom dooor & we just stop. i left & i almost missed my bus. the weird thing is that i had ya know practiced the whole kissing thing by giving your pillow a quick smooch.. at;east that’s what they taught me in movies & books. & that’s how i thought it would go down.. didn’t happen. i’m not kissing ANYONE until i’m in high school & i have a bf/gf because all of my relationships didn’t even last more that a week. 1. one day. 2. three days . last one lasted about 4 days… sucks huh? yeah i know.. AWKWARD.. I’m pretty awkward :]

Same for me! I told my friend who basically has been kissing since Junior High, and she said,”Don’t mess around, just to say you had your first kiss. Because you waited, your first kiss is going to be so romantic!”

I had my first kiss about a week ago. it was so sweet. we took a walk in the woods at the camp ground I was staying at and he grabbed my hand and leaned down and asked me do you want a kiss? I told him I’d never been kissed and he said awe really? he stopped walking and kissed me on the cheek. I said thank you and im sure if it wasnt dark he woulld have seen how red I was. I started to walk and he pulled me back put his arms around me and kissed me. I’ll never forget it. It was nice.

my first kiss was with somone name lawrence…we was in the backyard at my aunties house me him my cousin and my little cousin….we was already talking about kissing earlier that day i wanted to kiss him so bad…it was dark and he was sad and i asked him did he want a hug he said no then i asked him if he want a kiss he said yes i didnt kiss him right there doe…later i was trying to get him and my little cousin to stop playing so my older cousin took my little cousin in the house and as sooned as they left he kissed me!! it was rainy and stormy and we was soaking wet it was the best night ever!! we kissed for a while then he turned around and walked away and left me speechless!! it was the summer of 2011 iam 14 and soo inlove with him
my first kiss was with a guy that , i had like for a while may almost 5 years he was so sweet . He was so shy, he told me he wanted to kiss me . so i was waiting for it for at lease a week then one night when my family was a sleep up stair he came over and we talk. then so or late we sat down to watch a movie. and he sat with me in a chair . and this would have been where i get a peck, but i wanted more than that so i when in to the kitchen and kissed him. even know he want more then i did.
