Summer holidays are a perfect excuse to get together with your pals–as if you needed one!

The first day of summer is the longest of the year. Embrace it! If it’s nice outside, slather on your sunblock and enjoy the most sun all year with your pals and some ice cream, a pool (even if it’s inflatable!), and laughs.

Celebrate Midsummer (usually recognized on June 24) with a trip to New York City, Chicago, or Minneapolis for dancing and fun bonfires. Are you a Shakespeare buff? Recognize the holiday with a reading of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, lemonade, and your porch–or cheat and rent the movie!

Have plans for the Fourth of July? Grab a blanket and your besties and go see your local fireworks. Better yet, go to them in the next town over to meet new people–including some cuties you may not know yet!
