I think it’s amazing that you’re still a virgin at 17. Virginity is something that you can never get back so my advice to you is to keep it as long as you can. My plan was to keep my virginity until I was 18 but I ended up caving in at 17 and I truly wish I would have waited. Trust me boys and sex will forever be around so theres no rush. You hold a title that not many girls your age hold.

Yeah, it’s ok to still be a virgin at seventeen. I should know! I still am! My ex pressured me a lot when we were together for sex, and we were the same age. I refused him of course, and eventually I realized that was all he wanted from me. Sure we liked nerdy things, but any time I hung out with him, it was all about the sex. He made me feel very self concious, I just couldn’t take it. I’m happier now though, and I know, when I meet the right guy, I’ll be ready.
Perfectly fine. You really shouldn’t be worried. I’m 18 and I’ve neither dated nor had a first kiss. I believe in not having sex until marriage. You don’t want to end up getting pregnant when you aren’t ready. And besides, if you’re not married and you’re having a baby, there is nothing to stop a guy from leaving. Also, having sex causes girls to feel a way stronger connection to their partner. If there is a breakup, there will be much deeper scars. But for the kissing… Don’t worry about rushing yourself. You’ll find that guy, and then you’ll feel ready.
I’m 22 and still a virgin. I haven’t been in a relationship in a few years and back then I wasn’t ready for sex. There is nothing wrong with being a virgin! Society makes us think that we’re not normal and something is wrong with us if we haven’t lost our virginity yet. I promise it’s ok, and people will respect you for that.
Yes, me and my boyfriend have been dating for a year next month and we’re both still virgins. there honestly is nothing wrong with that. I’m glad I’m still a virgin.

Hey gurl! First of all, I’m 17 and I havent had my first kiss or had sex yet. I believe that everyone should wait for that special person because your virginity is a gift. And that gift should be opened by that person who truly loves who just the way you are. Plus, we are just 17! We have our whole lives ahead of us. Just wait.

I’m 21 and still a virgin. So there is nothing wrong with it.
I’m 18, almost 19 and I’m still a virgin. Personally think it’s fine to be a virgin until you are ready to lose it. I’m not even actually planning on having sex anytime soon.
And as for the first kiss thing, I had mine when I was seventeen. Honestly I regret it, seeing as I was drunk and didn’t even really know the guy. That doesn’t mean yours will be bad though.
My advice is to hold out until you feel you’re ready, that way you won’t regret a thing and you will enjoy it more.
When I got to college, about half of the friends I made there were virgins, even the ones who’d been in long term relationships in high school. I personally didn’t lose my virginity until I was 22. Contrary to what you may think, not everyone is doing it. Whether it’s because you’re waiting or because it just hasn’t happened yet, nothing’s wrong with being a virgin.
Hello there dear! I am 19 years old and I had my first kiss like 6-5 months ago! What you are going through is TOTALLY normal! Some people think you just HAVE to lose your virginity at high school or get a kiss but let me tell you… I learned waiting is just the best thing you can do! All my life I wanted my first kiss to be magical… well you know what… at the moment it was just awkward cause IDK what the heck was going on! BUT I am proud to say my current BF was my first kiss and I think thats something very sweet and beautiful. Honestly I’m not planing on having sex and I really want to wait till marriage (even if it sounds ‘old school’) and I want everything to be special so in my opinion all I can say is “NO RUSH! Believe me as you grow older boys will keep on noticing you and YOU can make the choice of having a boy by your side that will love you and respect.”

I was a virgin up until I was almost nineteen. After you’ve found the right person, you won’t regret waiting. Personally, I respect people that wait to lose it. It shows maturity.
I’m a virgin and I’m 18. I have absolutely no problem with this because I’m waiting for when it’s right for me! I never wanna be rushed into doing something I’m not ready for and I haven’t. So no I don’t believe being a virgin at 17 is a problem. (:
Well, I think you should lose your virginity when you think it’s right! I’m 14 I’ve only had one boyfriend, that was last year. So I’ve been kissed. But as far as sex? I’m not sure if it should be when I’m married, or with my next boyfriend!
I think it’s totally fine! I personally think that sex should be saved for the person who you are planning on spending the rest of your life with, not just your high school boy/girl friend. And putting the statistics of high school relationships lasting…

My best friend lost her virginity at 14 with a 19 year old, and she can’t even remember her first kiss. I think she made a major mistake, and I think there is absolutely nothing wrong with being a virgin at 17. You should be proud, and you should loose you virginity when the time is right.
First of all, why are you so worried about being a virgin at that age? Would you rather have the chance of being a teen mom or getting a disease? I am actually surprise that there are still some teenagers that haven’t lost their virginity yet. You should be proud! Embrace it! Sex should be something special, now just something you throw away. As for your first kiss, don’t worry about it. It’ll happen when it happens, no big deal. Its not bad at all that you are still a virgin, stay one as long as you can sweetheart.
