Working out is a good way to get over him–doubly so if you have access to boxing equipment to pretend to knock his dumb ass teeth out!
Running, dancing around your room, or just punching the air will not only get your frustrations out, but will also release endorphins that will make you feel better. Plus, don’t you feel super accomplished once you’re done?
Working out with a friend is also a good way to get you out of the house when you’re feeling mopey. Making yourself physically strong will make you happy–and emotionally strong. (We recommend rocking out to Kelly Clarkson’s “Stronger” for motivation!)
