I am 14 and I have never worn makeup (not even at my dads wedding) because I am not comfortable with it. One of my best friends stopped being my friend because I refused to wear makeup for our grade 8 airbands even after I had told her makeup makes me uncomfortable!!!
Finally, a black girl! LOL But srsly, makeup can be a good & bad thing; I used to wear foundation & mascara during the school year & I recently took a break because of the warm weather. I’m probably gonna start wearing makeup again in a few weeks when I start my summer job. It all depends on how much you wear & how you wear it:)

I’m not sure about wearing make-up yet… I’ve lost all my spots but there are still scars and my face is a bit plain otherwise. Plus, everyone else wears it. But I know once I start, I WILL use it as a crutch! HELP ME, STRANGERS!!!
well it depends, if people make fun of you, then wear it maybe once or twice a week, and as soon as you get home wash it off, and only wear it at school and special occasions, like picture day and parties. the key thing is to remember people dont like you for your makeup, they like you for who you are. that sounded really cheesy -.-
