Help! I Didn’t Get In Anywhere!
First, and most importantly, DON’T PANIC. This may seem like a catastrophe, and it might seem like you have zero college decisions to make, but you really do still have so many options! You can: go to a community college for two years and then transfer – this helps you save crazy amounts of money on the same general education courses you’d be taking for the first two years at nearly any four-year school. Or! You could take some time off from school – more and more people are opting to take a gap year between high school and college to help them figure out a little more about what they want to do, who they are, and what they’re about. You could spend that year working, traveling, taking a handful of classes just for fun, or… really, anything you want!
