Cold and flu season is coming up (gah-ross), so it’s only normal to worry about getting sick. When everyone else around you is sneezing, coughing and just generally looking pretty crappy, you’re obviously going to start stressing over catching some germs.

While a little extra concern might be normal, constantly thinking you’re sick isn’t.
