I’m in a hot mess right now. It’s a long distance thing for me. He tells me that he loves me, but goes back to his tuipsd ex-girlfriend. It’s been 3 months since I’ve seen him, and he gives me this crap about being vulnerable . Like it doesn’t hurt me that I had to fly back home from Long Beach to Chicago? I love him and I just don’t know what to do. I pray that God can give me the strength to get through this. PLEASE HELP ME!

Yes, they work if you both work at it and really want it. I was going to college in Boston and my boyfriend lived like 2 hours away and he would come visit every weekend. and then I was without him for 7 months when he was gone for basic training and tech school for the military. But we got through it and we have been together for almost 4 1/2 years now, and we live together =]

I personally know that they can work as long as you have a trusting relationship and are honest and committed with eachother. I had to move to California for 5 or 6 months last febuary, and I left behind an amazing guy that I had been with for like 2 months at the time and dating for about 3 and I was already falling for him and had fell for him so hard and he had fallen for me so it worked. We both decided to buy laptops with cameras and download skype so we can video chat. We played games on LDR ect. and sent love letters to eachother once a month. On our monthaversiarys we would video chat and watch the same movie and make dinner together over skype. It wasnt easy whats so ever but it was worth it. Cuz here we are a year later.
