The Pill

Not sure how to take the Pill? This all depends on what kind of pill your doc prescribes. Most pills come in either 28-day packs or 21-day packs. For 21-day packs, you’d take one pill a day for three weeks in a row and the fourth week you don’t have to take any pills. With 28-day packs, you’d do the same except the fourth week you’d take a week of “reminder” pills, also known as placebos, which don’t have any hormones in them.

IM ON BIRTH CONTROL! lol obviously, I love it. I was on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo (big name lol) and I would always get nauseous whenever I started a new pill pack. but my college clinic put me on Aviane and now I have no symptoms at all. so it takes some weeding out to find which brands work best for you.
