Hermaphrodites can have sexual relationships. Some hermaphrodites can have children, but most are infertile. Sexual relations depend on the extent of a person’s diagnosis. Some are more complicated than others and this can make reconstructive surgeries difficult. Various problems can result from surgery, such as numbness of the genitals or bent penises.
