Physical surgeries are not the only thing hermaphrodites can undergo if they decide to choose a sex; now people can take endocrine treatments. Most are sex hormone controllers, which can be taken in numerous ways: orally, injections, patches or even gels. Males who take this hormone can experience a suppression of female hormones, enlarged penises, hair distribution and an increase in body mass. Females, on the other hand, can experience breast development and possible menstruation, depending on how developed the female internal organs are.
