    I eat meat for dinner on a reulagr basis. I eat rare steak at least twice a week, and under-cooked chicken reulagrly, fish and pork sometimes, and lamb rarely. I generally try to avoid chopped meats like burger or sausage, and I avoid lunch-type “meats” and hotdog type “meats like the plague. I rarely have any meat products for breakfast (bacon or sausage once in a great while if eating at a breakfast buffet or such), but often eat at some sort of fast food place for lunch that includes meat, most often chicken. I REALLY wish that more people would change over to the vegetarian lifestyle, so there would be more meat left over for me…
