After watching the video of the little gURL playing with a dead squirrel, we remembered how freaking weird kids can be. Curiosity and confusion about life clearly made us do some pretty funny stuff. Just ask .SIL., who shared her story on the Shout Out Boards:

“I once had a really massive tantrum because I wanted to climb into the television so I could be in ‘Aaah! Real Monsters!’ because I had a massive crush on one of the monsters (Ickis if anyone’s wondering!). My parents spent a whole day trying to explain to me why I couldn’t get into the television but I wouldn’t listen! At one point I told my dad to get a hammer and make a hole in the TV so I could climb in but thankfully he wasn’t that eager to appease his little girl..
I was a really weird kid. I also used to want to be Aladdin from the Disney movie and I used to jump off of things while I shouted ‘I’m Aladdin!’. My mum loves to tell that one to new boyfriends, she thinks it’s hilarious!”

I used to be in LOVE (like totally in love) with Larry the Lobster on Spongebob. This was like when i was 5 till i was 8. I always wanted to be a lifeguard and thought that when i was older
i could move to Bikini Bottom and marry Larry! One summer we were at the beach and I started digging a hole so i could make a tunnel to Bikini Bottom.
I used to be IN LOVE with Iniyasha. lol Pretty sure I still am.
So did I! back when I was still in the 4th grade and even now I still think he’s adorable
I used to listen to Richard Wagner’s piece, “Ride of the Valkyries; from Das Rhienghold or The Ring Cycle” and pretend I was composing. I’d listen to any classical music, actually, and go completely crazy! I still love Classical music.

Haha mine is worse, I ever have a huuge crush on Sasuke from “Naruto” movie. I made photo frame and putted his photo there and stared at him aaall the time and ever imagined how it’ll be if I was his girlfriend. Haha. That happened when I was like 10 years old. And now I’m like “Gosh I was so weird back then” lol.

I used to (and still kind of do) have a crush on Kenny, Christophe, Pip and Eric from South Park. And Link from Zelda (He seems very popular here. Haha) Also, I watch a bit of anime so I have quite a few crushes from that. Especially some in the Oaru High School Host CLub (I hope I got that right. I certainly don’t want a bunch of enraged anime obsesser’s yelling at me that I got it incorrect, haha)
