Well.. I monitor what I eat, considering the fact that I train twice a week for taekwondo and once a week for badminton. Every morning, I eat small bowl of oat meal, a portion of fruit (I take either dragon fruit, papaya, apple, guava or pear) and something sweet such as 5 pieces of mini cookies. If you don’t wanna take the cookies, just eat a bigger bowl of oat meal. I know it does not sound delicious or anything but you’ll get used to it. For lunch, I always have a portion of rice, one meat dish and one vegetable dish. However, watch the amount of oil in the food you eat. I had to cut down fried chicken and all those fattening stuff. And for dinner, just eat something small. You can also only drink fruit juices that you blend yourself. Avocado helps weight loss. So I’ll blend in one avocado, an apple, some lemon, and any fruit you like. I hope it’ll help. It is always best to cut down on carbs but since I require lots of energy for sports, I did not cut it down. 😉
