According to experts, the most noticeable early signs of testicular cancer are:

  • a lump or hardening in the testicle
  • build up of fluid in the scrotum
  • a dull ache in the abdomen or groin
  • an increase, or significant decrease in testicle size
  • blood in semen Anyone who experiences any of these symptoms should consult a doctor immediately for more tests.
