Sweating

Sweating is the liquid excreted by sweat glands on the skin. People usually sweat in the heat, when they exercise and/or when they get nervous or scared. Sweating can also be called glistening, glowing or perspiring.

Sweat is a mixture of water, salt, electrolytes (like potassium, sodium and chloride) and metabolic waste (like urea and lactic acid). The make-up of sweat is different for every person.
