There are a few things that can make your boobs bigger — padded bras, gaining weight, etc — but having sex is not one of them. Yes, your hormones definitely spike up once you begin having sex, but there is no direct correlation between losing your virginity/having sex and breast size.

There is one reason your friend’s boobs may be bigger, though: The Pill. Has she started taking it?  She could’ve just started taking the birth control pill once she started becoming sexually active. Different gURLs have different reactions to various brands of the Pill, and it’s not uncommon for gURLs to gain weight. Some gain it all over, some gain in their face, some gain it in their boobs, and some don’t gain weight at all, but it’s likely that your friend is one of many who gained weight in her boobs.

There’s no real scientific reason for why the pill causes weight gain, except that it fools your body into thinking you’re pregnant so that you can’t get pregnant. But regardless, just let your friend enjoy her new voluptuous curves. And maybe show her my answer and let her know that it’s the Pill, and not the sex, that she has to thank for them.
