It’s natural to feel sore after sex, especially if it was particularly rough sex. The best thing to do is to take a hot bath or try to soak your lower parts in hot water in the shower using a wash cloth.

It will take a few days to be fully over the soreness, but it’s nothing to worry about and you won’t be scarred for life.

Next time, make sure you are properly lubricated, either naturally or by using lube from a bottle. It will make things a bit easier and perhaps cut down on the soreness after the fact.
