Question: Is it normal to bleed during your first time having sex?
Answer: Yup. Of course, it’s also normal not to bleed.
Bleeding can happen if a girl still has her hymen. (That’s the thin tissue that stretches over the opening to the vagina). A lot of girls stretch their hymens long before ever having sex by riding a bike, doing gymnastics or using a tampon. But if you are a girl who didn’t, you might notice some blood when you first have sex.
Another reason girls may bleed during sex is one that bugs me: Overeager, inconsiderate partners.
If you have sex with a guy who is all "go go go," and who forces his penis inside you before your body is ready, then you might get an injury that causes bleeding. In my book that’s no good.
If you bleed a bit the first time you have sex, it’s no big deal. But sex should feel good for both people. And most of the time bleeding is a sign that it isn’t.

I’m 17 and my boyfriend is 17, and for the first time ever we had sex, he didnt go in far (not that i could tell) and he pulled out before anything came out of him, It hurt.. and I feel like I have a rug burn down there, and I keep bleeding .. I’m kind of scared…

I'm 15 and I'm a virgin. The only thing I'm really scared about in having sex is it being painful and awkward the first few times. If I bled I really wouldn't know what to do, I know it's normal but I'd be so embarrassed.

ok so this is kinda weird but.. i didn't bleed until like the 3rd or 4th time my boyfriend and i had sex. but it wasn't painful, it was actually really good. i think the other times just weren't at the right angle or something. lol. so even if you don't bleed your first time but then do later, it's normal(as long as it isn't really painful).
So I had sex for the first time, and I bled like a lot. For the rest of the day, and a bit the next day. I am so scared to have sex again in fear I will bleed again. He wasnt too rough, but he is very big. I have dont many other sexual acts before, and never bled, I know my hymen has already broke. but I also am allergic to latex and we used a latex condemn. do you think that had anything to do with it?
