Question: My nipples are so sensitive it hurts to wear a bra. What can I do to stop the pain?
Answer: Maybe you should start by finding a better bra. If you wear lacy bras, they might be constantly irritating your nipples. Try
wearing a well-fitting cotton bra for a few days and see if that feels better.
It’s also possible that you’re allergic to the detergent you’re using to wash your bras and that this is behind your sensitive nipples. If so, try switching up detergents to see if it makes a difference.
Being pregnant can also cause breast and nipple sensitivity, and you
should also know that a lot of girls notice that their nipples are
really sensitive before
or during their periods.
If changing your bra
doesn’t help, you might want to consider seeing your doctor, just to
make sure there isn’t anything else going on.
There are a lot of issues that girls have to deal with when it comes to their boobs, but pain shouldn’t be one of them.
