I’m just curious if a woman can get pregnant only by touching a guy’s penis to her vagina with no ejaculation.

Can it be?

During sexual excitement the penis secretes pre-ejaculate that can potentially have thousands of sperm in it. Millions more sperm spurt out during ejaculation. Pregnancy can happen if any sperm land on the vulva or inside the vagina, so touching the vagina to the penis still has some risk.

So even if there is no ejaculation it is possible (but less likely) that a women would become pregnant.
